As a Senior Software Engineer on this team, you will be instrumental in building the core infrastructure and user-facing features that enable millions of users to engage with prediction markets securely and intuitively within their wallet.\n\nDesigning and implementing the front-end components and user experience for prediction market interactions across MetaMask clients.\n\nDeveloping robust and scalable backend services and APIs to fetch real-time market data, manage user positions, and facilitate transaction signing.\n\nEnsuring seamless and secure integration with on-chain prediction market protocols.\n\nOptimizing the performance and security of all Predict features, handling real-time data feeds and high-volume transaction throughput.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years working with mobile-based technologies\n\n3+ years building websites and/or applications\n\nExperience with React and React Native\n\nStrong knowledge of modern Javascript (ES6/TypeScript/etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with blockchain fundamentals and Web3 integration\n\nWorking knowledge of cross platform/browser compatibility\n\nExperience working with APIs and middleware services\n\nExperience working in an agile development team\n\nExperience developing applications with clean code practices, testing, and adherence to coding standards\n\nUnderstanding of web-based security considerations\n\nWould be great if you brought this to the role\nExperience with prediction markets, token trading and/or sports betting\n\nExperience with DeFi protocols, especially prediction markets\n\nKnowledge of financial products in the digital space\n\nInterest in blockchain technologies and Web3\n\nBasic understanding of cryptography principles\n\nExperience working in distributed teams\n\nPrevious experience working in Web3\n\nFamiliarity with the Web3 wallet ecosystem\n\nExperience with performance optimization\n\nDon't meet all the requirements?
