Learn more about how Consertus is creating lasting value for clients, communities, and our people at www.consertus.com.\nAbout this role:\nTo archive and maintain incoming and outgoing of:\nProject related documents and drawings\nGeneral Documents\nKey Responsibilities:\nEffectively follow the company’s standard operating procedures for the submission of all documents\nType, format, proofread, and edit all correspondence and other documents\nReceive, scan, and distribute documents to concerned employees\nEnsure that all documents are dispatched to the respective recipients in a timely manner\nMaintain and classify drawings (e.g. workshop drawings, as-built)\nMaintain and update a drawing log and update periodically\nLocate and retrieve any documents/drawings requested from authorized users by searching through files and documents\nMaintain an effective tracking process for all incoming and outgoing project related documents\nEnsure that all documents and drawings remain confidential\nEnsure that all documents are submitted in accordance to quality standards and submitted punctually\nQualifications/Requirements:\nDiploma in any discipline\n5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Construction or Contracting industry\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:\nConsertus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
