The Master Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules to support effective planning, coordination, and progress reporting across multiple projects and stakeholders.\nThis role is responsible for developing and managing integrated project schedules that support clinical construction environments. The Master Scheduler will help ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, phased construction in occupied facilities, and highly coordinated MEP systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain detailed, logic-driven schedules for complex capital construction projects\nCreate, cost-load, and resource-load schedules, including labor and equipment planning\nPrepare detailed project schedules, time-scaled charts, and sequencing diagrams\nEstablish schedule baselines and monitor progress against approved plans\nPerform schedule variance analysis, critical path analysis, and time impact analyses\nEvaluate schedule changes and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies\nReview and analyze contractor-submitted schedules and coordinate required revisions\nTrack key milestones related to permitting, inspections, commissioning, equipment installation, and other project dependencies\nProvide clear, timely schedule reports with actionable insights and recommendations\nSupport project teams through effective communication of sequencing, risks, and constraints\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field\n10 years of experience in construction project scheduling\nProven experience scheduling large-scale, complex infrastructure projects\nAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6 with cost and resource loading\nStrong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrated accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail in prior roles\nPreferred:\nExperience working on active/occupied hospital campuses or phased healthcare projects\nKnowledge of ICRA protocols, cleanroom construction, and validation processes\nExperience with life sciences, pharmaceutical, or laboratory facilities\nFamiliarity with regulatory bodies and compliance standards (e.g., Joint Commission, AHJ)\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, PSP, CCM\nWorking Hours: On-Site, Full-Time, Exempt\nCompensation Range: $95,000-$160,000 annually, depending on skills, experience and education.\nWhat’s In It For You\nComprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision)\nCompany-paid life and disability insurance\n401(k) with day-one eligibility.
