This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role ideal for individuals who thrive in a direct sales environment, enjoy face-to-face customer engagement, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct door-to-door sales visits within assigned territories to promote client digital solutions to prospective residential and/or business customers\nEducate potential customers on product features, benefits, and pricing\nGenerate leads, build rapport, and close sales through in-person customer interactions\nAccurately complete and submit customer sign-up paperwork and enrollment documentation\nMeet or exceed individual sales and customer acquisition targets\nMaintain a professional, compliant, and courteous representation of the client brand at all times\nTrack daily activity, leads, and sales outcomes as required for commission processing\nStay current on product knowledge, promotions, and competitive offerings\nQualifications/Requirements:\nPrevious experience in door-to-door, direct, or field sales strongly preferred\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage own schedule\nComfortable walking/traveling within assigned territory for extended periods\nReliable transportation to and from assigned sales territories\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nAbility to pass a background check as required by the client\nAdditional Requirements / Skills / Working Hours / Compensation Range\nThis is a 1099 independent contractor position; the representative is responsible for their own taxes, and no employee benefits apply\nCompensation is commission-only, paid per confirmed customer sign-up; specific commission structure and rates to be provided at offer\nFlexible schedule, with availability expected during hours that align with the target customer base (may include evenings and weekends)\nRepresentative supplies their own transportation and is responsible for related costs\nTerritory: Los Angeles, CA\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:\nConsertus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
