Together, we’re transforming the way the world is planned, built, and delivered.\nLearn more about how Consertus is creating lasting value for clients, communities, and our people at www.consertus.com.\nAbout this Role:\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Professional Selection Analyst to supervise and coordinate the selection process of Architects, Engineers, and other professional consultants in accordance with school board policies and procedures and Florida State Statutes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManages and coordinates the review and evaluation process of proposals received in response to the Districts Request for Qaulifications/Proposals for professional services\nReviews projects scope, schedules, and budgets as part of research to develop appropriate professional fee caps, terms, and conditions.\nNegotiates contract for professional services following established procedures and guidelines\nPrepares preliminary and final recommendations for approval, as well as negotiated terms and conditions, to the School Board for commissioning of design and construction of professional firms, and related services.\nParticipates in the development and maintenance of Professional Selection Procedures manuals.\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management or equivalent required\nMinimum of 10 years of design, project management, and negotiating contracts for large public agencies\nRegistration as an architect, professional engineer, or licensed general contract preferred\nPrevious experience organizing groups and gathering information\nWorking proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel (intermediate level skills)\nKnowledge of computer software and technology relevant to the role, and motivation to learn new applications (e.g., SharePoint, SAP)\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms\nProven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be able to pass a background check in accordance with client and project requirements\nWhat’s In It For You:\nComprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision)\nCompany-paid life and disability insurance\nOptional benefits like pet insurance, legal, and supplemental health plans\n401(k) with day-one eligibility, 3% safe harbor, plus up to 2.5% company match\nGenerous time off: 10 paid holidays and PTO starting at 15 days, growing up to 25\nAccess to Consertus Academy for continuous learning and development\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:\nConsertus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
