This individual will be responsible for overseeing a program comprised of multiple projects simultaneously, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives. capital project delivery experience - a proven track record of managing complex construction programs and occupancy.\nThis position is full-time and onsite in Wilmington, DE.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage multiple commercial construction capital projects and programs from planning through closeout\nOversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and overall program performance\nCoordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders\nEnsure project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved\nMonitor program-wide performance and provide regular reporting to leadership\nManage procurement, contract administration, and change management activities\nIdentify and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution\nFacilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication across all stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with quality objectives from day one\nEnsure all safety, regulatory, and company standards are met or exceeded\nSupport strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the program portfolio\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field\n15+ years of construction project/program management experience\nExperience managing large-scale commercial construction projects and capital programs, including high-quality interior fit-outs, IT, and FF&E\nStrong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, project controls, quality assurance, and contract administration\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously\nExcellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction/project management software\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities\nPreferred:\nExperience managing enterprise-level capital improvement programs\nOwner’s representative, program management, or consulting experience\nPMP, CCM, or similar industry certification\nExperience leading projects in healthcare, life sciences, corporate, higher education, or commercial environments\nAdditional Requirements / Skills / Working Hours / Compensation Range\nMust be able to pass a background check and, where applicable, a drug screening in accordance with client and project requirements\nWhat’s In It For You:\nComprehensive core benefits (medical, dental, vision)\nEmployer-paid life and disability coverage\nA wide range of voluntary benefits, including pet insurance, pre-paid legal, hospitalization, critical illness, and accident insurance\n401(k) with day-one eligibility, including a 100% company match on the first 3% of eligible compensation and a 50% match on contributions between 3% and 5%\nGenerous time off, including 10 paid holidays, and a PTO plan that starts at 15 days annually, growing up to 25 days with tenure\nAccess to Consertus Academy for continuous learning and development\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:\nConsertus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
