This role reports to the Manager of the Digital Project Management Office (PMO) and is a key contributor to the successful delivery of digital initiatives for our clients.\nThe ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and confident managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks while building strong client partnerships and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.\nThis role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, acts as a liaison between delivery teams, leadership, and stakeholders, and mentors junior Project Managers to drive consistent, high-quality project delivery.\nThis role is fully remote and open to any one of our major office locations in the U.S. such as,Seattle, WA, Spokane, WA, Portland, OR, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or Miami, FL\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead multiple concurrent projects in a consulting or client-facing environment, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget\nBuild and maintain strong client partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact to ensure alignment and client satisfaction\nProactively manage scope, risks, issues, and change orders, ensuring transparency and alignment with contractual and commercial expectations\nConduct agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrum, and scrum review sessions\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasts; proactively identify and escalate revenue impacts in a timely manner\nFacilitate internal and client-facing meetings, providing clear, confident, and data-driven status updates to stakeholders and leadership\nPartner closely with technical and delivery teams to balance client commitments with delivery execution\nMentor and coach junior Project Managers, reinforcing delivery standards and consulting best practices\nSupport invoicing activities, including timesheet review and billing documentation\nManage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment\nFacilitate and manage teams in meetings\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\nPMP and/or Agile certification required\n8+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives\nProven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects\nStrong client-facing experience with a focus on partnership and client satisfaction\nDemonstrated ability to mentor junior Project Managers and lead teams in a matrixed environment\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies\nProficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nExperience managing teams across multiple time zones and countries\nAdditional Requirements\nWillingness to work flexibly across all U.S. time zones to meet client engagement and meeting requirements\nExperience leading PMIS software implementations, such as Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar systems, is desired\nExperience using AI tools to improve deliverables and solutions\nDesired industry experience in aviation, healthcare, construction management, government, or utilities is a plus\nMust be able to pass a background check in accordance with client and project requirements\nWorking Hours\nFull-Time; Full Remote; based anywhere in the U.S.\nCompensation Range\nCompensation range based on skills, education, experience and geographic location: $140,000-$180,000\nWhat’s In It For You:\nComprehensive core benefits (medical, dental, vision)\nEmployer-paid life and disability coverage\nA wide range of voluntary benefits, including pet insurance, pre-paid legal, hospitalization, critical illness, and accident insurance\nDay-one eligibility for 401(k), featuring a 3% safe harbor contribution and a 50% match on the 4th and 5th percent deferred\nGenerous time off, including 10 paid holidays, and a PTO plan that starts at 15 days annually, growing up to 25 days with tenure\nAccess to Consertus Academy for continuous learning and development\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:\nConsertus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
