This role is responsible for driving project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction while serving as the primary leader for internal teams, consultants, trade partners, and stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate brings a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects involving amenity spaces such as clubhouses, fitness centers, community centers, hospitality-inspired facilities, recreational buildings, and mixed-use support facilities. The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered with the quality, innovation, and client-focused service that define the Consertus brand. This is an onsite/hybrid role based in Tarrytown, NY.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead multiple amenities building projects throughout the full project lifecycle.\n\nDevelop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.\n\nProvide strategic leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.\n\nDrive accountability across project stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ownership groups, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.\n\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.\n\nLead project meetings, status updates, progress reviews, and executive-level presentations.\n\nFinancial Management\nManage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial reporting.\n\nReview and approve estimates, change orders, pay applications, and subcontractor agreements.\n\nIdentify and mitigate financial risks while maximizing project profitability.\n\nSchedule & Delivery Management\nEstablish and maintain master project schedules.\n\nMonitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.\n\nCoordinate activities between design teams, procurement partners, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery.\n\nQuality & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.\n\nIdentify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.\n\nOversee project documentation, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.\n\nTeam Development\nMentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project support staff.\n\nFoster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.\n\nPromote continuous improvement and best practices across projects and teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.\n\n10+ years of progressive construction project management experience.\n\n5+ years successfully managing amenities, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, recreation, or community facility projects.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing projects exceeding $20M in value.\n\nStrong understanding of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.\n\nProficiency with project management and construction software platforms.\n\nExceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, CCM, LEED, or similar industry certification.\n\nExperience with design-build and integrated project delivery methods.\n\nFamiliarity with data-driven reporting and project controls.\n\nWorking Hours / Compensation Range\nFull-Time; on-site/hybrid;\n\nCompensation range based on skills, education and experience and may vary; $140,000-$200,000 annually.\n\nBased in Tarrytown, New York\n\nWhat’s In It For You\nComprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision)\n\nCompany-paid life and disability insurance\n\n401(k) with day-one eligibility.
