This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of coordinating system development tasks, maintaining thorough technical documentation, and ensuring successful solution implementation for our clients. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Los Angeles, CA. Salary range for the position is $140,000 - $160,000 annually.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the definition of software and hardware products and interfaces in the areas of CAD/AVL and fare collection\nCoordinate system development tasks, including design, integration, and formal testing\nOversee all transitions into customer deployment environments\nDevelop and execute projects encompassing system specifications, technical and logistical requirements, and other disciplines\nCreate and maintain programmatic and technical documentation, including design documents, requirement matrices, and system diagrams, to ensure efficient planning and execution\nManage and document system configurations\nEnsure the successful deployment of solutions\nMaintain a thorough working knowledge of enterprise applications\nImplement performance analysis and reliability analysis of end-to-end protocols\nAssist with other tasks as needed by the Systems Engineering department\nProvide training and guidance to Associates and Project Engineer I/II staff as needed\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, software/hardware integration, or related disciplines\nStrong understanding of system design, integration, and testing processes\nExperience managing technical documentation and system configurations\nAbility to perform performance and reliability analysis of complex systems\nExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\nPrior experience in transportation software and hardware\nAdditional Requirements / Skills / Working Hours / Compensation Range\nFull-time, onsite position based in Los Angeles, CA\nNo visa sponsorship available for this role\nMust be able to pass a background check and, where applicable, a drug screening in accordance with client and project requirements\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:\nConsertus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
