The DP-APM is responsible for oversight of Direct Purchase responsibilities. The DP-APM is responsible for individual project scope / packages full life cycle including early engagement, purchasing, recommendation, award, budget, cost, schedule, risk management, resource management, quality and safety while providing exceptional customer service. The DP-APM will oversee the implementation of a Raving Fans action plan and play a key role in business development including networking events, marketing initiatives, proposal preparation and interviews.\nResponsibilities / Essential Functions\nRepresenting and being primary point of contact for Arch Direct as required. Includes attending regional meetings as appropriate.\nOverall management of package / Direct Purchase regional financials, including cost reporting, monthly requisitions, review and approval of invoices, ensuring timely completion, management of the requisition process to maintain cash flow throughout the project and address/communicate issues proactively and promptly.\nWorking with wider Arch Direct team to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are updated and fit for purpose\nRepresenting Arch Direct and wider Consigli business, in external events\nMentor & manage multiple Arch Direct - Project Engineers \nProvide evaluation(s) of Arch Direct - Project Engineers on performance and identify training needs. \nConduct training and development of others. \nAssist in preparation and present at interviews for project pursuits.\n Involvement and early engagement in project preconstruction process\nTake lead in the development and management of optimal project profit opportunities\nProvision of initial Direct Purchase equipment budgetary and lead time information to project\nDirect Purchase scope demarcation, constructability review and confirmation of final scope\nWith project team and legal, identification of project Owner flow-down requirements\nSpecific scope / package management including:\nDirect Purchase Vendor identification\nRequest for Proposal (RFP) preparation and issuance\n Request for Information (RFI) coordination\nRFP response review and descoping sessions\nBid levelling, risk identification and mitigation proposals\nDirect Purchase Recommendations\nMaterial Purchase Order awards\nProject & Vendor kick-off meetings\nSubmittal expediting, review, comment coordination and approval\nScope release and on-going expediting\nReview of updated project documentation and drawings to identify scope changes\nManagement of changes as appropriate\nEquipment inspection and testing coordination\nEquipment transportation and storage coordination\nCoordination of vendor support for installation and start-up\nCoordination of Warranty certificates and work as needed\nCoordination of final For Record (FR) documentation\nPackage Close-out, lesson learnt and feedback\nProject feedback (Raving Fans)\nUpdating systems to ensure accurate status of package\n Perform safety walks with field and safety staff and record years of experience within the construction industry in full lifecycle purchasing, project management or similar role.\nOSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred. \nAdditional proficiencies may include cost management software (Timberline, Sage preferred), scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred) and construction management software (Procore
