Essential Functions\nCollaborate on the planning and execution of local employee engagement initiatives and events. \nServe as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and resources. \nAssist the HR team with daily operations, administrative tasks, and internal communications. \nMaintain and update employee records in HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance. \nCoordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. \nHelp prepare documentation and materials for HR audits and compliance reviews. \nSupport the administration of employee benefits and wellness programs. \nContribute to the creation and distribution of internal HR communications and newsletters. \nParticipate in special HR projects aimed at improving processes or enhancing employee experience.\nKey Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse stakeholders. \nExceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. \nProfessional, reliable, and proactive, with a customer service-oriented demeanor. teams.\nRequired Experience\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). \nFamiliar with HRIS or ATS platforms. \nKnowledge of basic HR functions, compliance requirements, and employment regulations. \nDetail-oriented in reviewing applications, onboarding materials, and HR data. \nStrong organizational skills for managing records, schedules, and documentation accurately. \nAuthorized to work in the United
