The goal of these programs is to develop and engage talent at all levels, strengthen our culture, and provide ongoing leadership and management development opportunities for our people. This role serves across Talent Development, including organizational and learning & development, partners with HR and business leaders, and works to build leadership capability, confidence and a positive culture through effective leadership programs, facilitation and leadership development and coaching experiences.\nThis role will lead and manage groups of program participants within the development programs. It is an Individual Contributor position.\nThis role will also support broader talent and organizational development efforts.\nThis position will report to the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development.\nKey Responsibilities\nPROGRAM MANAGEMENT\nDesign, develop, implement, manage and support comprehensive programs and experiences that enhance leadership capabilities and management skills across the organization (emerging talent, manager development, rotational programs, etc).\nManage and support designated leadership development programs end-to-end, including program implementation, evaluation and management, and participant, stakeholder and vendor coordination, logistics and overall experience. \nDesign, develop, implement, evaluate and facilitate leadership learning session content.\nOwn the recruitment, nomination, selection and onboarding processes for development programs and make recommendations for process and system enhancements. \nManage all program documentation, tracking and budget. \nCommunicate offerings, strategy, priorities, impact data and opportunities related to leadership programs to business leaders and stakeholders to inform and guide people strategies and engagement, and to drive visibility.\nLEADERSHIP, COACHING & CONSULTING\nAdminister and interpret leadership assessments (as certified and trained to lead), including 360-degree feedback assessments and other leadership diagnostics.\nFacilitate planning sessions, strategic meetings, and leadership workshops.\nLead discussions that build alignment, encourage productive dialogue, support leadership development.\nLEADERSHIP PROGRAM ANALYTICS & EVALUATION\nCollects, analyzes, and reports metrics & tracking for leadership programs.\nAnalyze leadership, and engagement data & metrics to identify trends, measure impact, identify opportunities and continuously improve leadership development program experiences. As well as inform strategic decision and strategy. \nContinuously evaluate and refine leadership development solutions to ensure they remain relevant, effective and leveraged across the organization. \nIdentify innovative and cost-effective solutions for leadership development programs, vendors/ external partners, technologies, assessments and related opportunities. \nOTHER FUNCTIONS\nCollaborate with team members to complete tasks, support shared priorities and meet timelines. \nStay current on leadership development & coaching trends, tools and best practices, and apply relevant insights to improve learning experiences.\nProven skills in working as a member of a team as well as independently\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong strategic mindset, critical thinking and problem-solving skills\n· Plan, organize and execute tasks and activities with urgency and attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft applications\nProficiency in use of virtual delivery platforms (i.e. Teams, Zoom)\n· Partner with others to solve business problems and execute leadership development initiatives.\nApply principles of adult learning, learner experience design, and sustainability processes to program design and implementation. \nRequired Education & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree required;
