/ Essential Functions\nHire subcontractors and vendors for specific construction projects. \nDefine concise trade package scopes of work prior to buying these packages. \nCollaborate with project team members, including the Estimator and Project Manager, to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. \nWork with company personnel to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors. \nOversee the prequalification, bid solicitation, and award processes for subcontractors and vendors. \nConduct risk analysis related to subcontractors and vendors. \nWrite subcontracts and material purchase agreements. \nOrganize and lead meetings with subcontractors and vendors. \nFacilitate and lead proposal (scope of work), review meetings. \nPerform other duties as assigned. schedules, drawings and specifications. \nExperience with review of estimates and/or budgets for construction projects and evaluating subcontractor proposals. \nStrong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
