This role offers hands-on experience in job posting, applicant screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.\nResponsibilities / Essential Functions\nAct as a primary point of contact for communication with Owners, Owner’s Project Managers (OPMs), and Design Team members. \nSupport the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting, posting, and maintaining job requisitions. \nReview and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates in alignment with job requirements. \nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams. \nAssist with onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience. \nMaintain and update data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance. \nCollaborate on drafting and refining job descriptions and employment postings. \nTrack and monitor employee career development activities in coordination with supervisors. \nPrepare recruitment-related metrics and reports to support process improvement initiatives. \nParticipate in employer branding efforts and assist with campus recruiting or career events when applicable. \nProvide administrative and logistical support to the HR team as needed. \nKey Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, collaborative, and customer-service-oriented approach. \nHigh level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. \nExceptional attention to detail in reviewing resumes, data entry, and documentation. \nExcellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and meet tight deadlines. \nAnalytical thinking to support recruitment metrics and reporting. \nAdaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nRequired Experience\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
