The role involves managing straight forward projects, collaborating with internal teams, as well as attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. They are required to handle assigned tasks and projects to ensure project timelines are met.\nThis is a hybrid role, based in our London office.\nResponsibilities\nCore Competencies (based on data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables, as well as provide direct consultative services.\nCreate and maintain project schedules, including defining activities, sequence of events, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements.\nCollaborate with and support internal teams.\nImplement and monitor adherence to established quality standards on all project deliverables.\nCoordinate internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables.\nForecast, track and manage project budgets.\nGenerate and distribute standard data metrics reporting and other identified KPIs on a regular basis.\nDevelop strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service.\nAvailable for a flexible schedule driven by client requirements that will periodically exceed a standard 40 hour work week depending on project needs.\nQualifications\nBA/BS degree or minimum 3 years employment experience in the legal or service delivery industry;\nDemonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction;\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs;\nAvailable for a flexible schedule driven by client requirements that will periodically exceed a standard 40 hour work week depending on project needs;\nThe ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively;\nStrong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills;\nDemonstrated
