Conflicts Concierge Recruiter

Overview

The Conflict Concierge Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the conflicts clearance process for candidates and engagements within Consilio Services. This position requires a strong understanding of conflicts management, legal industry practices, and risk mitigation concepts. The successful candidate will have experience working within a law firm, legal services, eDiscovery, compliance, or professional services environment and possess the technical aptitude to leverage conflicts databases and AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, to streamline research, analysis, and workflow processes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the conflicts clearance process by assisting with candidate reviews to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Utilize databases and tracking systems to help conduct basic conflicts checks under supervision.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate clearance progress and outcomes.
• Communicate with candidates regarding paperwork, timelines, and updates throughout the conflict’s clearance process.
• Collaborate with recruiters and internal clients to support timely and efficient staffing of projects.
• Assist in refining and maintaining conflicts clearance protocols and workflows.
• Provide administrative support to the conflict’s clearance team, including documentation and reporting tasks.
• Utilize AI tools, including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other approved technologies, to streamline conflict research, improve documentation quality, and support operational efficiencies.
• Conduct and analyze conflict searches using internal conflicts databases and systems, exercising sound judgment in identifying and escalating potential issues.
• Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the Conflict Concierge function.

Qualifications

• JD, paralegal, legal studies background, or experience working in a law firm, legal services, or eDiscovery environment preferred.
• Experience with conflicts databases and conflict search methodologies preferred.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to support research, analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and leverage emerging legal and AI technologies.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems for tracking and conflicts clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Other Requirements:

• Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar generative AI platforms to support research, analysis, workflow optimization, and knowledge management.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to improve efficiency, identify trends, summarize complex information, and enhance decision-making processes.
• Experience utilizing conflicts databases and conflict management systems to conduct searches, analyze results, and identify potential conflicts of interest preferred.
