Successful candidates will develop strong project management capabilities while contributing to the delivery of high-quality client solutions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.\nThe Role: What You'll Do -\nProject Management & Delivery:\nProvide end-to-end coordination and oversight of multiple eDiscovery matters.\nServe as a key point of contact for assigned projects and stakeholders.\nSupport clients and internal teams with data collections, processing workflows, analytics, and production deliverables.\nCreate and maintain project schedules, timelines, dependencies, resource plans, and deliverables.\nDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nMonitor and maintain quality standards across project deliverables.\nCoordinate project communications to ensure effective information sharing and delivery.\nDevelop expertise in Consilio's review platforms and proprietary technologies.\nAssist with forecasting, tracking, and managing project budgets and timelines.\nSuccessfully manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.\nGenerate and distribute reporting metrics, project updates, and key performance indicators.\nBuild strong client relationships through a collaborative and consultative approach.\nWorking Hours\nMonday to Friday: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM\nQualifications\nWhat We're Looking For:\nAt the heart of our team is a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous growth.
