The team partners with operational leaders to deliver learning programs, maintain learning systems and content, track employee development, and help employees build the skills necessary to support our clients and advance their careers. The team manages learning operations, reporting, credentialing, onboarding support, and capability development initiatives across multiple departments.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWith a passion for helping others learn and grow, you'll support the day-to-day operations of Consilio's learning ecosystem. You'll help employees navigate learning resources, maintain learning content, prepare reports and dashboards, track certifications and credentials, and support onboarding and development programs.\nYou will work closely with colleagues and operational leaders to ensure learning programs are organized, effective, and accessible.
