The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexities. The incumbent will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. Project Managers must also mentor, train and delegate as necessary to ensure client expectations are met and their experience with Consilio is valued. The candidate must be a progressive thinker, highly productive and efficient in a pressured environment.\nResponsibilities\nProviding end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact\nProviding expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables\nManaging projects of local and global clients\nCreating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements\nDeveloping and managing relationships with external and internal teams\nDefining, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables\nProviding timely communications on all activities to clients\nServing as expert on Consilio’s review platforms and proprietary offerings\nForecasting, tracking and managing project budgets and invoices\nSuccessfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects\nGenerating and distributing reporting metrics for processed requests and KPI’s on a regular basis\nDriving Success across departments\nDeveloping strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service\nPartner with other internal teams to create best practices and workflows to improve client experience\nQualifications\nBA/BS degree or experience within the litigation support / legal industry\nAt least 2-3 years' experience as a Project Manager\nDemonstrable working knowledge of an eDiscovery review platform\nWillingness to travel both domestically and internationally\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints\nDemonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs\nThe ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively\nStrong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills\nDemonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project
