The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexity. The Project Manager will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. Project Managers must also mentor, train and delegate to members of the project team.\nCore Competencies (based on Consilio’s Values)\nBe flexible and embrace change;\nTake ownership for providing outstanding service;\nValue and respect the contributions of others, building trust and relationships with stakeholders;\nTake initiative, act with urgency be accountable and demonstrate unwavering commitment to do the right thing\nRecognize, develop and celebrate individual and team successes;\nUtilize communication best practices and active listening techniques to meet stated needs\nLead with conviction.\nResponsibilities\nManagement of Projects\nProvide end-to-end oversight of multiple discovery matters and serve as primary client point of contact.\nProvide expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables. \nCreate and maintain project schedules and reporting, including defining activities, sequence of events, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements.\nDevelop and manage relationships with internal teams. \nDefine, articulate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables. \nPlan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables. \nServe as an expert on Consilio's review platforms and proprietary offerings. \nForecast, track and manage project budgets. \nSuccessfully oversee multiple, concurrent projects.\nGenerate and distribute s reporting metrics and other identified KPIs on a regular basis as needed for each project.\nDevelop strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service.\nSupport of Team and Colleagues\nBe knowledgeable about, and able to speak competently to, all Consilio's service offerings.\nContribute and participate in, in conjunction with GRO/SCS, business development activities with existing and new clients, such as sales presentations, QBRs, or other account-level meetings and/or reporting to build relationships with client contacts.\nMentor and guide junior members of a portfolio team to ensure a successful relationship with both the client and the Project Management team.\nQualifications\nBA/BS degree or minimum 3 years in the litigation support / legal industry;\n3 years experience using the Relativity platform or equivalent eDiscovery tools;\nWillingness to travel;\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints;\nDemonstrated experience coordinating project work and resources with global resources;\nDemonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction;\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs;\nThe ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively;\nAvailable for a flexible schedule driven by client requirements that will periodically exceed a standard 40 hour work week depending on project needs;\nStrong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills;\nDemonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managers.\nConsilio’s True North Values\nClient Experience | Listen for the “why”.
