This role participates in projects from all SDLC lifecycles, including inception of the project through the maintenance phase. Executing on the analyzing, writing, building and deployment of software with high quality development solutions.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for the creation and maintenance of moderate to highly complex solutions (including data infrastructure, reporting, and applications) that address the informational and analytical needs of the various groups. \nResponsible for all phases of the project lifecycle which include requirements definition, solution design, application development, and system testing. \nAnalyze end user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions which interface with existing applications.\nMaintain documentation for all work processes and procedures.\nMake improvement suggestions and adhere to all approved work changes for the team.\nInteract and partner effectively across all appropriate internal business teams.\nProvide backup support for all work and project efforts as needed.\nAssist with team planning and growth strategy.\nEnsure execution of all industry InfoSec specific compliance matters within the team.\nParticipate in major upgrades to systems, platforms and/or software. \nParticipate in training on business functionality for system end users. \nTest operation of completed programs, debug as needed.\nDevelop functional unit testing around developed applications for testing automation.\nAdditional Responsibilities/Details:\nWorks with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis\nAdaptable and able to learn quickly and demonstrate a big picture approach when working on projects.\nQualifications\nMinimum Education Requirements:\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field, or comparable business/technical experience. \nMinimum Experience Requirements:\nAt least 5-8 years of experience in application development including web UI and API programming, business-layer programming, database programming, and CLI scripting\nProven ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications\nStrong understanding of software development life cycle and testing strategies\nAbility to rapidly learn and adapt to new engineering tools, languages, and frameworks\nRequired Technical Skills (Must-have):\nC# / .NET for server-side development\nSQL Server (relational database design, querying, and data access)\nJavaScript/HTML/CSS and one modern frontend framework (React preferred; Angular or Vue acceptable)\nRESTful API design and development\nGit version control and CI/CD pipeline basics\nPreferred Skills (Nice-to-have):\nRelativity or other eDiscovery platform experience\nDocker and/or Kubernetes\nRedis or other caching mechanisms\nEvent-driven architecture, messaging protocols, and/or stream processing\nNoSQL databases\nEnterprise Integration Patterns, Service-Oriented Architecture, and/or Microservices\nMicrosoft Windows Server infrastructure and distributed systems\nOAuth 2.0 / JWT authentication and authorization\nJava or Python in addition to .NET\nData engineering (data management, collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex data sets)\nWorkmode & Shift timings:\nWork mode : Hybrid ( 3 days in a week at office)\nShift Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM IST\nOur True North in Action\nClient Experience | Listen for the “why.\" Clearly define success.
