technology landscape\nEssential Responsibilities\nClient Relationship Management\nServe as the primary AI & Analytics point of contact for assigned clients, developing trusted relationships and a strong understanding of client goals, priorities, and needs\nAnticipate client needs, manage expectations, and provide proactive guidance regarding priorities, timelines, and potential challenges\nServe as a trusted advisor, helping clients evaluate AI & Analytics options and make informed decisions\nAI & Analytics Consulting\nServe as a subject matter expert on AI and advanced Data Analytics capabilities, workflows, use cases, and best practices\nTranslate client objectives and project requirements into practical AI & Analytics strategies and workflows\nAdvise clients and internal stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, appropriate applications, and implementation considerations\nEvaluate potential approaches and recommend alternatives when a requested solution is inefficient, impractical, or inconsistent with best practices\nManage complex AI & Analytics projects and workflows from strategy through execution when appropriate\nCommunicate complex AI, technical, and analytical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences\nClient Coordination and Escalation\nMaintain visibility across AI & Analytics efforts for assigned clients and coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to promote alignment and consistency\nIdentify dependencies, competing priorities, communication gaps, and service-delivery risks and coordinate appropriate action\nServe as a primary point of escalation for client concerns, engaging leadership or specialized expertise when appropriate\nCoordinate resolution efforts and ensure timely communication regarding status, decisions, and next steps\nEnsure client needs are routed through appropriate channels and aligned with established processes while recognizing when an alternative approach is warranted\nLeadership and Continuous Improvement\nDemonstrate leadership through expertise, judgment, accountability, and effective coordination across teams\nServe as an AI & Analytics resource and informal mentor to Consultants and other team members\nShare knowledge, emerging developments, and best practices to strengthen team capabilities and consistency\nCapture client feedback and identify trends and opportunities to improve service delivery, processes, and the client experience\nMaintain awareness of developments in AI and identify emerging capabilities, risks, and use cases relevant to clients and the business\nBusiness Alignment and Metrics\nApply sound business judgment when recommending solutions, considering client objectives, scope, efficiency, scalability, resource requirements, and commercial implications\nTailor AI & Analytics solutions to align with project requirements, best practices, and Consilio’s business interests, recommending alternative approaches when appropriate\nRecognize scope, resource, or commercial concerns and engage appropriate internal stakeholders\nAccurately and timely track required metrics, including billing time, culling metrics, and other client- or project-related reporting\nQualifications\nQualifications and Requirements\nDemonstrated experience in Data Analytics, eDiscovery, legal technology, AI, or comparable consulting services\nAdvanced understanding of Data Analytics concepts, tools, and workflows, including experience with Relativity, Brainspace, Excel, and/or comparable technologies\nStrong understanding of artificial intelligence, including generative AI and its application to legal, eDiscovery, or data-intensive workflows\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate AI use cases and advise clients and internal stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and appropriate implementation\nDemonstrated ability to independently assess complex client and project situations, manage complex workflows, and recommend appropriate solutions\nStrong client relationship management, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage expectations and escalations\nAbility to coordinate and influence across teams without formal authority and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills with demonstrated accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through\nAbility to consider operational and commercial implications when evaluating client solutions\nMinimum Education Requirements:\nJD., Paralegal Certificate, or BS in
