For the right individual, this role is not limited to Hong Kong, as you'll be at the forefront of LOD's growth across Hong Kong and the broader Asia region. You'll build meaningful relationships with leading legal teams, help clients solve increasingly complex resourcing, legal operations and transformation challenges, and play a key role in shaping how legal services are delivered across the market.This role is ideally suited to a qualified lawyer with in-house corporate experience, legal operations and process improvement, and/or legal transformation consulting on technology and legal process improvement. You will act as a trusted advisor to Chief Legal Officers, General Counsel, Heads of Legal and Legal Operations leaders, helping clients navigate talent, legal technology, operational efficiency and transformation initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nBuilding and nurturing relationships with client counterparts and senior business stakeholders across Asia.\nOwning the full business lifecycle from prospecting through to closing.\nDeveloping tailored legal resourcing, consulting and transformation solutions.\nAdvising clients on legal operations, legal transformation and legal department optimisation initiatives.\nEngaging with legal operations leaders regarding technology (including AI) adoption, workflow improvement and service delivery models.\nLeveraging knowledge of legal technology platforms including CLM, contract lifecycle management, matter management, eBilling, eDiscovery, AI legal technologies and related solutions to identify opportunities.\nGrowing existing client relationships across LOD and Consilio services.\nDeveloping pitches, tenders and proposals.\nPartnering with marketing on campaigns and events.\nDriving cross-border opportunities with global colleagues.\nRepresenting the group brands externally as a market expert on trends impacting in-house legal teams, potentially including participation in events, seminars and panels\nMaintaining CRM and pipeline reporting.What Success Looks Like Driving sustainable revenue growth, winning new clients and new opportunities, expanding existing relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to client counterparts across the region.\nQualifications\n What You'll Bring\nQualified legal professional (private practice and/or in-house) highly regarded.\n5-20 years' experience within legal services, legal consulting, legal operations, professional services, recruitment, business development or related fields.\nDemonstrated success in client acquisition, stakeholder engagement and commercial growth.\nExperience using and working with legal technology ecosystems including contract lifecycle management, matter management, eBilling, eDiscovery, AI legal tools and related legal operations platforms.\nStrong understanding of the challenges facing modern in-house legal departments, including budget pressures, resource constraints, outside counsel management, technology adoption and efficiency initiatives.\nAbility to establish credibility with General Counsel, Heads of Legal and Legal Operations leaders through practical industry experience and insight.Who You AreCommercially minded, relationship-focused, proactive and resilient.
