This position requires adherence to tight deadlines and involves a variety of accounting activities including general ledger accounting, financial analysis and reporting, internal and external audit preparation and coordination for a specific region.\nResponsibilities\nManages monthly accounting close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly accounting financial information for allocated region;\nReview account monthly accounts reconciliations in a manner that is consistent with SOX 404 standards\nPrepare monthly analytical reviews and variance analysis.\nSupport global Statutory audits with other team members and coordinate with the internal business teams to deliver timely towards audit closure.\nCollaborating with functions to ensure timely month end close\nResponsible to ensure all business policies/ procedures are appropriate and timely updated and fully compliant with all internal/ external regulations and requirements.\nEnsure compliance with global accounting policy & accounting principles\nSupport tax & legal team on requirements\nEffectively communicates across levels and functions of the organization;\nUses professional accounting concepts and internal company policies to solve complex accounting issues;\nQualifications\nChartered Accountant with 8-10 years related accounting experience; preferably 3-5 years public accounting experience;\nStrong understanding of IFRS / USGAAP\nExperience in working on NetSuite ERP preferred.\nExperience working in global environment and managing international entities experience preferred.\nAccounting management experience in a high volume, growing organization.\nExceptional communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).\nExcellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, time management and prioritization skills required\nExperience in managing teams in global organizations, able to manage work volumes with effective delegation as well as be ready to roll up sleeves to get the tasks completed.\nBe a self-starter and able to handle assigned tasks effectively and independently.\nExceptional project management skills with the ability to keep a team focused and manage an area with minimum oversight from Sr Manager.
