# Manager, Digital Forensics & Expert Services

Overview The DFES Manger leads, conducts, and assists in data preservation and digital investigations in complex litigation cases by leveraging knowledge of digital forensic tools, technology and protocols related to the collection and management of electronically stored information (ESI) from a wide variety of data sources. The Manager is part of our Digital Forensics and Expert Services team and performs investigative work and data collections as part of a team with Consilio’s external clients. Responsibilities · Lead and/or support scoping calls for new matters · Lead / Ownership of day-to-day activities for DFES projects, as assigned · Lead data collections calls with Client IT contacts / Counsel · Lead remote or onsite collections of various ESI and coordinate resources, including other team members, where required · Perform Forensic examination of ESI · Ensure that all collection documentation is complete and maintained and leverage Analyst / Associate / Consultant when possible · Communicate effectively with clients in a timely manner · Prepare and communicate deliverables to clients in a timely manner, as requested · Assist Project Managers in support of assigned Project ·
