Founded in 2007 to create better, more innovative and flexible ways for legal teams and lawyers to work together, LOD pioneered alternative legal services and continues to lead the market it created.\nResponsibilities\nEnter and verify new employee information in the payroll system (ADP Celergo) in line with payroll processing deadlines.\nVerify and load new hire bank account and direct deposit information accurately and within required timelines.\nManage and action the daily new hire spreadsheet generated from Bullhorn, ensuring all payroll records are maintained accurately.\nReview and process payroll change reports daily, ensuring employee updates are reflected correctly.\nServe as a key point of contact for payroll administration and employee queries across Australia and Singapore.\nRespond to payroll-related questions, including Australian payroll tax, PAYG withholding, superannuation, leave entitlements, and general payroll enquiries.\nManage and reconcile employee leave balances and accruals, including annual leave, sick leave, and other statutory entitlements for employees in Australia and Singapore.\nAssist employees with leave calculations and payroll-related queries, providing a high level of customer service and support.\nTrack assignment end dates on shared payroll trackers to ensure final payments are processed in accordance with local legislative requirements, including countries with strict termination payment deadlines.\nSupport monthly payroll processing activities, validations, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.\nMaintain payroll data integrity, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.\nWork closely with HR, Finance, external payroll providers, and international stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and improve processes.\nUtilise strong Excel and data management skills to analyse payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and support payroll reporting requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve payroll controls, efficiencies, and employee experience.\nQualifications\nPrevious payroll experience in Australia and/or Singapore is highly desirable.\nUnderstanding of Australian payroll legislation, including Payroll Tax, PAYG withholding, superannuation, and leave entitlements.\nExperience managing leave accruals and leave balances within a payroll environment.\nStrong Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with payroll data and reconciliations.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with employees and stakeholders across multiple countries.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nCareer Development Opportunity\nThis role offers excellent exposure to international payroll operations.
