Once therequirements are captured, the Business Analyst will work closely with our technical team(product owners, project manager, development manager, and technical lead) to help designand develop a solution to meet the client's requirements. Throughout the project's life, theBusiness Analyst's primary responsibility is representing the client and ensuring all deliverablesalign with the project's vision. This involves working with virtually every member of the projectteam, both internal and client-facing, to facilitate communication, review the quality ofdeliverables, and ensure project success.\nTo be successful as a Business Analyst, you should be a self-driven and curious person withgreat attention to detail. Since the Business Analyst role is the \"glue\" for all projects, strongverbal and written communication skills are a priority, has the ability to work with a vast arrayof project team members. More importantly, one must have and interest in problem-solving, apositive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Ultimately, working as a Business Analyst, you willlearn to quickly break down and understand varying business processes, help to identify gaps orareas for improvement in those processes, and then translate those into requirements viavisual and written documentation. Because our clients span a wide range of internalorganizational styles, no two projects are the same, and Analyst bridges the gap betweenoperational and technical resources. Our Business Analysts should be able to follow ourstandard project processes and adjust those processes on the fly to meet the needs of theclient or project.\nResponsibilities\nAssist the Business Analyst team in working with the client to:\nAssess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder/request needs.\nIdentify and diagnose business problems and potential solutions.\nDevelop and maintain project documentation related to the business requirements (forexample, User requirements, use cases, wireframes, process flows, site maps, etc.)\nDevelop and maintain a strong relationship with internal/external team members.\nIdentify issues in a project and escalate/manage resolution as required.\nCoordinate and provide support to the business with the process implementation.\nAdvocate for clients during Sprint cycles to govern workstreams, compliance torequirements, and ensure timelines.\nAssist with organizing UAT structure, testing, goals, and results.\nProvide timely updates and communication to entire project/task team.\nWork with our internal project team to:\nRepresent the client in all aspects of a project.\nSupport the team in planning, development, stabilization, and deployment of userrequirements to the overall workflow.\nSupport the team in identifying potential solutions, roadblocks, and issues.\nReview user requirements with the technical team at the start of the project to ensurethey understand the project requirements\nIdentify and escalate gaps in the proposed solution to ensure we are meeting all clientrequirements.\nCheck-in with the support development team to answer any questions and help clearroadblocks.\nPerform quality assurance testing on all deliverables before releasing them to the client.\nProvide knowledge transfer and training as needed to assist with the transition to otherinternal teams.\nAudit and improve internal processes as needed.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or related work experience\n4+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role\nExperience using Jira or equivalent software planning system\nAssess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder/requester needs\nGeneral understanding of Agile and Sprint organization and planning\nDevelop and maintain project documentation related to the business requirements (forexample, User requirements, use cases, wireframes, process flows, modeling, etc.)\nExperience in process design, including developing and executing process improvements\nExperience with Replicon, a plus\nOther Requirements:\nProject Management experience and knowledge desired\nExperience in eDiscovery not required but preferred\nExperience and knowledge with coding and SQL queries a plus\nKnowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies;
