This role participates in projects from all SDLC lifecycles, including inception of the project through the maintenance phase. Executing on the analyzing, writing, building and deployment of software with high quality development solutions.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for the creation and maintenance of moderate to highly complex solutions (including data infrastructure, reporting, and applications) that address the informational and analytical needs of the various groups.\nResponsible for all phases of the project lifecycle which include requirements definition, solution design, 1application development, and system testing.\nAnalyze end user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions which interface with existing applications.\nMaintain documentation for all work processes and procedures.\nMake improvement suggestions and adhere to all approved work changes for the team.\nInteract and partner effectively across all appropriate internal business teams.\nProvide backup support for all work and project efforts as needed.\nAssist with team planning and growth strategy.\nEnsure execution of all industry InfoSec specific compliance matters within the team.\nParticipate in major upgrades to systems, platforms and/or software.\nParticipate or training on business functionality for system end users.\nTest operation of completed programs, debug as needed.\nDevelop functional unit testing around developed applications for testing automation.\nAdditional Responsibilities/Details:\nWorks with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis\nAdaptable and able to learn quickly and demonstrate a big picture approach when working on projects.\nQualifications\nMinimum Education Requirements:\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field, or comparable business/technical experience.\nMinimum Experience Requirements:\nAt least 4 - 7 years of experience of application development experience which includes: programming, data management, collection, modeling and interpretation across complex data sets. Programming skills (database, system, or scripting).\nFront-end technology: Experience in front-end technologies: .Net, JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, jQuery and LESS\nDevelopment languages: Knowledge of server-side programming languages: .NET\nDatabase and cache: Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB and MySQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish\nProven ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications with both SQL and NoSQL databases\nProven ability to coach more junior developers in the areas of design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications with both SQL and NoSQL databases,\nProven ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new engineering tools, languages, and frameworks\nStrong understanding of software development life cycle and testing strategies\nComfortable working with Enterprise Integration Patterns, Service-Oriented Architecture, and Microservices\nIdeally experienced with Stream processing, Event-Driven Architecture, Messaging Protocols, and Data Engineering\nAbility to work independently or as a part of a broader team\nTechnical Skills:\nProficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)\nProficient in modern web frontend frameworks and state management libraries\nProficient in server-side languages and RESTful API design/development\nSolid understanding of database design/management and caching mechanisms\nKnowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT\nStrong experience with both Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure and distributed systems\nExperience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes\nWork mode & Shift timings:\nWork mode: Hybrid (3 days in a week at office)\nShift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST\nOur True North in Action\nClient Experience | Listen for the “why.\" Clearly define success.
