This senior, client-facing role owns end-to-end program delivery, executive stakeholder management, commercial performance, and leadership of cross-functional teams. The role also supports pre-sales through scoping, delivery planning, estimation, and staffing.\nResponsibilities\nProgram Delivery & Governance\nOwn end-to-end delivery of Sirion CLM implementations from initiation through go-live and stabilization.\nDevelop and manage integrated program plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.\nEnsure delivery is on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with contractual commitments.\nEstablish program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, decision-making, and escalation mechanisms.\nProactively manage delivery risks, issues, resource constraints, and dependencies across Sirion, client, thirdparty, and other Consilio workstreams.\nCapture lessons learned and apply them to improve delivery practices across future Sirion engagements.\nClient & Executive Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary client-facing delivery leader and build strong relationships with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.\nLead steering committees, executive updates, program reviews, and escalation discussions.\nMaintain alignment on scope, responsibilities, priorities, timelines, and outcomes.\nCommunicate delivery challenges clearly and drive timely decisions and resolution.\nMaintain strong client relationships and accountability for client satisfaction throughout the engagement.\nFinancial & Commercial Management\nOwn program financials, including revenue, cost control, margin management, and forecast accuracy.\nManage delivery against the Statement of Work and identify potential scope changes early.\nManage change requests and assess their impact on effort, cost, resources, and timelines.\nTeam Leadership\nLead cross-functional teams comprising functional consultants, Solution Architects, technical consultants, integration specialists, testing teams, and other implementation resources.\nManage virtual and globally distributed teams, including onshore and offshore delivery.\nEstablish clear accountability across workstreams and mentor project managers and delivery team members.\nPre-Sales Support\nParticipate in client scoping sessions to understand scope, timelines, delivery requirements, dependencies, and client responsibilities.\nPartner with the Solution Architect and subject-matter experts to translate the agreed scope into an executable implementation plan.\nDevelop effort estimates, staffing plans, timelines, delivery assumptions, and inputs for proposals and Statements of Work.\nSupport RFP/RFI responses and client presentations from a program-delivery perspective.\nEnsure delivery risks, assumptions, dependencies, scope boundaries, and client responsibilities are documented before contracting.\nSupport transition from pre-sales into implementation, ensuring won engagements are correctly mobilized for delivery, financial reporting, and invoicing.\nQualifications\nRequired Experience\n10+ years of program/project management, consulting delivery, or enterprise software implementation experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading large, US-based Sirion CLM implementations is required.\nProven experience leading large, complex, multi-workstream enterprise implementations through go-live.\nStrong understanding of the Sirion implementation lifecycle and CLM processes.\nStrong client-facing experience, including managing executive stakeholders, difficult conversations, and escalations.\nExperience owning program financials, commercial commitments, scope, and change control.\nExperience supporting pre-sales scoping and estimation for enterprise implementation engagements.\nExperience leading virtual, cross-functional, and globally distributed delivery teams.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.\nPreferred Qualifications / Certifications\nSirion certification or formal Sirion training.\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program/project management certification are a plus.\nConsulting or systems integration background.\nConsilio’s True North Values\nClient Experience | Listen for the “why”.
