# Senior Program Manager

Overview We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale Sirion CLM implementations for US clients. This senior, client-facing role owns end-to-end program delivery, executive stakeholder management, commercial performance, and leadership of cross-functional teams. The role also supports pre-sales through scoping, delivery planning, estimation, and staffing. Responsibilities Program Delivery & Governance Own end-to-end delivery of Sirion CLM implementations from initiation through go-live and stabilization. Develop and manage integrated program plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies. Ensure delivery is on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with contractual commitments. Establish program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, decision-making, and escalation mechanisms. Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, resource constraints, and dependencies across Sirion, client, thirdparty, and other Consilio workstreams.
