You will work at the intersection of manufacturing, business processes, and digital technology, ensuring that our systems support efficient and reliable operations.\nYou will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and data-driven improvements. Working closely with manufacturing sites, IT, and external partners, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and establish global best practices.\nThis is an opportunity for a proactive and analytical engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and developing their expertise in digital manufacturing and continuous improvement.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and improve manufacturing processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with operational and business needs.\n\nSupport global manufacturing sites with D365 manufacturing processes and system-related challenges.\n\nDrive and support ERP/MES implementations, rollouts, and integrations across global sites.\n\nCollaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to develop practical system solutions.\n\nAnalyze and visualize manufacturing data using Power BI and similar tools to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nAutomate workflows and improve data flows using tools such as Power Apps.\n\nBenchmark processes and system usage across sites to identify and implement best practices.\n\nDrive manufacturing improvements using Lean methods, value stream mapping, visual management, and structured problem-solving.\n\nIdentify opportunities to reduce lead times, costs, waste, and process complexity.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for a curious, proactive, and solution-oriented engineer with an interest in manufacturing processes and digital systems.\nYou bring:\nA degree in Industrial Engineering, Production or Manufacturing Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.\n\nA good understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, reporting, and how ERP systems support business operations.\n\nExperience with ERP and/or MES systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a strong advantage.\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights, ideally using Power BI or similar tools.\n\nFamiliarity with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving.\n\nInitiative, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to turn ideas into practical improvements.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions, cultures, and geographical locations.\n\nYou don’t need to know everything from day one.
