We are on an exciting journey of transformation and growth and are looking for a driven Project Manager Intern to join our team.\nAbout the Role\nAre you an analytical and proactive student who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and improving processes?\nAs a Project Manager Intern(Part-Time, 50% Alongside Studies), you will work closely with our COO and VPs across our operations, contributing to a variety of operational, analytical, and cross-functional projects. You will gain hands on experience in manufacturing, logistics, and global processes while supporting business improvements and gradually taking on greater responsibility.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive operational projects: Support and coordinate improvement initiatives across manufacturing, logistics, and other business functions.\n\nAnalyze data and report results: Collect, structure, and analyze operational data, prepare reports and presentations, and develop insights to support decision-making.\n\nImprove processes: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen ways of working across our global operations.\n\nCoordinate activities: Follow up on projects, action plans, and key performance indicators to ensure progress and results.\n\nSupport systems and data management: Contribute to initiatives involving ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics, and help improve data quality and reporting.\n\nTake initiative: Proactively identify improvement opportunities, drive relevant topics forward, and take ownership as you develop in the role.\n\nWho You Are\nWe believe you are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as:\nIndustrial Engineering and Management\n\nIndustrial Economics\n\nSupply Chain Management or Logistics\n\nProduction or Manufacturing Engineering\n\nBusiness Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field\n\nYou are curious, analytical, structured, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with others to turn insights into action.\nWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience in or an interest in operational projects, logistics, data management, reporting, and data analysis.\nExperience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics, or process improvement is an advantage, but not a requirement.
