We invest in innovation, operational excellence, and talent to strengthen our position as a global safety technology leader.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international organisation where your contribution can make a real difference.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a commercially driven and technically minded Sales Manager to lead our sales organisation, accelerate business growth, and strengthen our position in the market.\nIn this role, you will combine strategic sales leadership with hands-on business development, building strong customer relationships and developing long-term partnerships across the value chain. You will work closely with General Management to define and execute the commercial strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure we deliver on our ambitious business objectives.\nA key part of your mission will be to position Consilium’s solutions early in the project design phase, influencing technical specifications and building relationships with engineering companies, contractors, system integrators, distributors, and end customers.\nThis role is ideal for a sales leader who understands complex technical solutions, thrives in a B2B environment, and knows how to turn market opportunities into sustainable business growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute sales strategies, targets, and business development initiatives.\n\nLead, motivate, and develop the sales team, ensuring strong performance and achievement of commercial objectives.\n\nIdentify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities.\n\nPromote our technical solutions to engineering companies, shipyards, contractors, system integrators, and end customers.\n\nDevelop and strengthen distributor and partner networks.\n\nManage strategic accounts, lead major negotiations, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for a results-oriented leader who combines technical understanding with strong commercial skills and a hands-on approach to business development.\nYou bring:\nA bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.\n\nIdeally, 5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical industry, such as fire protection, electronic security, or industrial technology.\n\nAt least 2-5 years of experience leading sales teams in a B2B environment.\n\nA proven track record in solution selling, business development, and achieving sales targets.\n\nStrong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.\n\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\n\nAdditional education in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.\nWhy Join Consilium?\nAt Consilium, you’ll join a growing international organisation with a clear purpose and ambitious goals.
