In this role, you will play a key part in establishing and evolving our enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) capability. You will design and implement robust master data solutions, governance frameworks, and data quality processes that ensure trusted, consistent, and high-quality data across our global organization. By building a strong foundation for data governance, you will enable better decision-making, support AI initiatives, and drive business-wide digital transformation.\nWorking closely with business stakeholders, data owners, solution architects, and engineering teams, you will define enterprise data standards, improve governance maturity, and enable data-driven decision-making across the Management Engineer, you will:\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Master Data Management strategy, operating model, and governance framework.\n\nEstablish and maintain centralized master data solutions across key business domains.\n\nDefine and maintain enterprise data standards, business rules, naming conventions, taxonomies, and data models.\n\nDesign and implement processes for master data creation, validation, approval, synchronization, and lifecycle management.\n\nDevelop and maintain data quality frameworks, monitoring capabilities, and remediation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity.\n\nEstablish metadata management and data lineage capabilities to improve transparency and traceability across enterprise data assets.\n\nCollaborate with business and IT teams to identify opportunities for data standardization, process optimization, and automation.\n\nPartner with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, ERP teams, and business stakeholders to support digital transformation initiatives.\n\nPromote best practices in data governance, stewardship, and master data management across the organization.\n\nEvaluate and recommend MDM technologies, governance tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our enterprise data capabilities.\n\nProvide guidance, documentation, and training to business users and data stewards on master data standards and governance processes.\n\nAbout You\nWe're looking for someone who is passionate about enterprise data management and enjoys combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration.\nYou have:\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Data Management.\n\nProven experience designing and implementing Master Data Management solutions and governance frameworks within complex enterprise environments.\n\nStrong understanding of master data domains such as Customer, Supplier, Product, Material, Finance, and Organizational data.\n\nExperience with MDM and data governance platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Profisee, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or similar technologies.\n\nKnowledge of data governance principles, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality management.\n\nExperience working with relational databases, SQL, data integration technologies, and enterprise data architectures.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, or modern cloud-based data platforms is considered an advantage.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.\n\nExperience working in Agile environments is
