This role is the point of accountability for deadlines and deliverables, working daily with our U.S. Production team to track progress, identify delays, and drive items to completion.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor all pipeline tasks and deadlines and identify items at risk of falling behind.\nFollow up with U.S. Production team members until each task is resolved.\nEscalate unresolved issues to management with clear, factual details.\nMaintain trackers and provide regular status updates.\nRequired Qualifications\nAbility to work U.S.-aligned hours.\nStrong time management and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.\nAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, filters, conditional formatting).\nFluent spoken and written English, with confidence communicating daily with U.S. colleagues.\nStrong attention to detail.\nReliable attendance and careful handling of confidential borrower data.\nCore Competencies\nOwnership: Treats pipeline results as their own
