documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), Mortgage Statements, Payoff Statement, Hazard and Flood Insurance, Title Commitment, Note, Mortgage/Deed of Trust, Warranty Deed, and Quit Claim Deed.\nØIn-depth knowledge of the underwriting review process in 4c’s, with the ability to assess borrower eligibility and identify potential credit risks.\nØPerform comprehensive document verification and ensure accurate data entry and validation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).\nØEnsure that all loans meet lender
