· Support monthly schedule update reviews, including validation of progress, review of activity logic and constraints, identification of open-ended activities, and completion of schedule quality checks.

· Extract, organize, and analyze schedule information for dashboards, reports, look-ahead schedules, milestone tracking, and trend analysis.

· Monitor critical and near-critical paths, key milestones, float movement, progress status, and schedule variances, and escalate material observations to the Senior Project Controls Lead.

· Assist with the review and documentation of schedule narratives, schedule changes, and related change logs.

· Support the identification and reporting of emerging schedule trends and potential impacts to project delivery.

· Compile and validate cost, schedule, risk, and performance data from project teams, contractors, financial systems, and other approved sources.

· Maintain project controls dashboards, logs, trackers, databases, and document control records.

· Prepare recurring monthly and ad hoc reports, charts, dashboards, and presentation materials using approved templates and reporting standards.

· Identify data trends, variances, exceptions, and inconsistencies and prepare concise supporting analyses for review by the Senior Project Controls Lead.

· Perform data quality and completeness checks to confirm that reported information is accurate, traceable, internally consistent, and submitted in accordance with established reporting requirements and deadlines.

· Maintain appropriate documentation and supporting records to facilitate auditability and traceability of reported project controls information.
