This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to develop your financial acumen whilst supporting the Controller in managing the organisation's financial operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy and compliance.\nAssist the Financial Controller in overseeing the daily operations of the Finance Department.\n\nPrepare and review financial statements, management reports, and monthly financial accounts.\n\nMonitor budgets, operating expenses, revenue, and financial performance against established targets.\n\nEnsure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records, reconciliations, and financial transactions.\n\nSupervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other accounting activities as required.\n\nMonitor hotel costs, including food and beverage costs, payroll expenses, inventory, and operating supplies.\n\nConduct regular financial analysis and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability.\n\nAssist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.\n\nCoordinate internal and external audits and ensure that supporting documents are properly maintained.\n\nMonitor cash flow, banking transactions, and cash management procedures.\n\nReview purchasing, stock control, and inventory procedures to ensure proper financial accountability.\n\nSupport the implementation and improvement of financial procedures, systems, and reporting processes.\n\nSupervise, guide, and support Finance Department team members to ensure efficient operations.\n\nLiaise with other departments and management to provide financial information and support informed decision-making.\n\nPerform any other duties assigned by the Financial Controller or Director of Finance.\n\n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nProfessional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification, would be an advantage.\n\nPrevious experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.\n\nExperience in financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and auditing.\n\nKnowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control procedures.\n\nExperience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.\n\n WORK WITH CONSTANCE\nJoin a team where well-being, career development, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.\nWe believe in continuous learning and growth to help our teams achieve their full potential.\nA strong family spirit is part of our identity, we support and care for one another.\nWe offer international career opportunities, allowing you to develop within a renowned luxury hospitality group.\nOur passion for luxury hospitality is reflected in every detail of the guest experience.\nWe are committed to environmental and societal contributions, integrating sustainability into everything we do.\nWe want our team members to feel valued and supported, offering a work environment that encourages excellence, personal growth, and cultural diversity.
