This position is offering the opportunity to lead and manage all housekeeping and laundry operations for our luxury resort property. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the establishment, whilst leading and developing a dedicated housekeeping team.\nLead, train, and supervise the housekeeping and laundry team, providing guidance on cleaning protocols, hygiene standards, and guest service excellence\nOversee and manage all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional standards across the resort\n• Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain compliance with established cleaning and safety standards\n Manage housekeeping and laundry inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and stock control\nDevelop and implement customised cleaning schedules and procedures tailored to the resort's requirements\n Coordinate with other departments, including front office, maintenance, and guest services, to ensure seamless operations\n Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, taking corrective action to ensure satisfaction\nMonitor and manage departmental budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality\n Maintain accurate records of staff performance, training, and departmental activities\n Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all housekeeping operations\n Identify training needs and conduct induction programmes for new team members\n Previous experience in a senior Housekeeping leadership role, ideally as a Director of Housekeeping or Executive Housekeeper within a luxury or five-star hotel.\n Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members\nProven leadership experience managing and developing a large, multicultural team.\nStrong knowledge of luxury housekeeping operations, quality standards and guest expectations.\n Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning protocols, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations\nA hands-on leadership style with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent organisational and time-keeping abilities with strong attention to detail\n Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal\n Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations professionally\n Proficiency in property management systems and housekeeping software \nPrevious experience with an international luxury hotel brand would be an advantage\nIsland experience is highly desirable\nExperience working in luxury hospitality environments \n Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse, international setting\n Multilingual capabilities (desirable)\n WORK WITH CONSTANCE\nJoin a team where well-being, career development, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.\nWe believe in continuous learning and growth to help our teams achieve their full potential.\nA strong family spirit is part of our identity, we support and care for one another.\nWe offer international career opportunities, allowing you to develop within a renowned luxury hospitality group.\nOur passion for luxury hospitality is reflected in every detail of the guest experience.\nWe are committed to environmental and societal contributions, integrating sustainability into everything we do.\nWe want our team members to feel valued and supported, offering a work environment that encourages excellence, personal growth, and cultural diversity.
