Organization\nMust be fully familiar with all hotel financial procedures, company policies, and operating standards.\nResponsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial records and reports.\nCertifies the accuracy of the General Ledger and all statutory financial statements.\nEnsures compliance with local legislation, accounting standards, taxation requirements, and company policies.\nOversees the preparation and submission of all compliance and regulatory documents.\nCoordinates and manages internal and external financial audits.\nEnsures proper accounting controls and procedures are established, documented, and maintained.\nReviews and verifies all balance sheet accounts and reconciliations on a regular basis.\nEnsures accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.\nReviews and approves monthly financial reports for Management and Corporate Office.\nMonitors cash flow, banking transactions, and treasury functions.\nMaintains adequate internal controls to safeguard company assets.\nOversees budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities.\nEnsures financial reports are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company requirements.\nAnalyzes financial performance and provides recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.\n2.
