Customer Service & Operations\nIs responsible for the smooth running of the Laundry section during the absence of Laundry Manager.\nEnsure that standards of excellence in customer service are maintained and regularly updated.\n(Linen provided is clean and to the hotel standard).\nEnsure that guest expectations are anticipated, met at all times and even regularly exceeded.\nSupervise delivery of linen (for the storeroom and distribution of unclaimed lost property.)\n2. Maintenance of facilities\nMonitor maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance plan based on company standards.\nEnsure that any breakdown of equipment and services are immediately reported and dealt with swiftly and efficiently.\nEnsure that in the context of the operations, all standards of management for the environment and its related legislation are strictly observed.\n3. Human Resources\nThrough proper communication ensure that team members have all the information they require in order to provide excellent customer service at all times.\nEnsure the appropriate employee levels for efficient operations while achieving set employee productivity targets.\nChecking of daily attendance sheet on a regular basis.\nSupervise completion of employee duty rosters and team holiday plans.\nConstantly monitor team morale to ensure that the personnel are kept in an appropriate state\nof discipline, motivation and commitment to the objectives of the organisation at all times.\nIdentify and ensure that the personnel receive appropriate and adequate training in order to achieve the desirable level of performance in the execution of their duties.\nEnforce adherence of employees to the dress, appearance and conduct codes established by the hotel.\n4.
