We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Quality Coordinator to join our team at Constance Moofushi, Maldives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality assurance initiatives across our operations, ensuring that all processes, products, and services meet our rigorous quality standards. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to maintain compliance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous quality enhancement throughout the organisation.

• Coordinate and monitor quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and procedures
• Develop, maintain, and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and areas requiring corrective action • Analyse quality data and prepare comprehensive reports to track performance metrics and trends • Liaise with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues and implement effective solutions
• Assist in the development and delivery of quality training programmes to staff members • Maintain and organise quality records, ensuring proper documentation and traceability • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and compliance requirements • Coordinate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to address identified deficiencies • Communicate quality findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related quality management role • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, best practices, and methodologies • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret quality metrics and performance indicators • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all quality-related activities • Problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset to identify root causes and implement improvements • Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and quality assurance tools
• Proficiency in using quality documentation and audit procedures • Desirable knowledge of ISO standards and certifications (such as ISO 9001) • Desirable experience with quality management software and digital tools • Desirable experience in conducting root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives • People skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
