JOB DESCRIPTION Consultation with guests regarding booking treatments. Be knowledgeable in using Spa software in order to provide flawless service and an effective booking situation Management of all related billing procedures in an effective and professional manner. Service of welcome drinks along with the knowledge of the properties of the same as implemented in operation. Management of all booking-related telephone calls. This includes consultation with the guest on treatments and ensuring that the service experience begins at this first call.
