Surrounded by white sandy beaches and a peaceful coastal atmosphere, it provides teams with an environment that encourages collaboration, learning and pride in delivering a refined hospitality experience.\n Your role as Receptionist is a key, as you are responsible for the guests’ first impression of the spa and for handling their reservations and related recommendations.\n JOB DESCRIPTION\nConsultation with guests regarding booking treatments.\nBe knowledgeable in using Spa software in order to provide flawless service and an effective\nbooking situation\nManagement of all related billing procedures in an effective and professional manner.\nService of welcome drinks along with the knowledge of the properties of the same as\nimplemented in operation.\nManagement of all booking-related telephone calls. This includes consultation with the guest\non treatments and ensuring that the service experience begins at this first call.\nBe well informed about the retail products and serve the clients request and interests with\nregards to the same.\nFollow up with guests regarding therapists’ product recommendations. Ensure that products\nare prepared along with the guests billing to ensure seamless service.\nBe knowledgeable of retail products related to specific menu treatments and be able to make\nrecommendations thereafter.\nBe knowledgeable of all your duties and follow the set guidelines Standards of Operation\n(SOP) and checklists for the Spa.\nKeep your work area clean and organised.\nHandle guest complaints with a sense of ownership in a calm and solution-oriented manner.\nBeing present, actively take part in meetings and trainings given by Management.\nGreet all clients with name recognition, a welcoming smile, a clear but soft tone of voice and a\nwarm attitude.\nAlways stay informed on other resort activities and actively promote them.\nAnswer all telephone calls within 3 rings in a friendly, smiley and prompt manner.\nBe genuinely committed to clients and your fellow colleague’s care. Take care and show\nownership of the client from their arrival to their departure in the spa. Do your best to\naccommodate client needs and requests at all times.\nBe reliable and punctual at all times.\nKeep a daily log of their visit and compile a client history after they leave.\nCommunicate in the spa and with other departments regularly.
