Our Software Engineering Development Program (SEDP) is a one-year rotational experience tailored for emerging engineers looking to build a versatile skill set. \nYou’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple engineering teams, explore emerging technologies, work directly with mentors who are invested in your success, and solve real-world problems for small businesses. By the time you move into your permanent role at the end of the rotation, you’ll have the skills, confidence, and broad technical foundation to thrive as a well-rounded engineer.\nLooking to make an immediate impact on real tools used by small businesses worldwide? SEDP is your launching pad to do that.\nThis is a hybrid position based out of our Waltham, MA office with a target start of July 2027\nWhat You'll Do:\nRotate through four different teams getting broad experience in areas like frontend, backend, DevOps, etc. This is an opportunity to work on a variety of projects across several teams.\nWork with your SEDP cohort on a capstone project for an entire quarter to conclude the program - design, build, test, implement, and launch a customer-facing feature that will be released into production\nParticipate in customized technical and soft-skills training throughout the year\nUse existing and emerging technologies such as Java, ReactJS, AWS, Kubernetes, and Ruby - in a CI/CD environment\nMake an immediate impact by writing production code with the help and support of experienced software engineers on each team\nDevelop web applications at scale -- used by hundreds of thousands of customers\nGain guidance from a variety of mentors and managers who will support you throughout the program\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's Degree by May/June 2027 in computer science or similar discipline, or will have equivalent relevant industry experience.\nNew to the field of software engineering\nExcited to learn and experience web technologies at scale\nPassionate and interested in a broad range of technologies\nLooking for an awesome learning experience to build a solid foundation and accelerate your career\nInvested in our commitment and vision to transform how hundreds of thousands of small businesses connect with their customers\nLooking to embrace emerging technologies\nThe specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location.
