We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Part-Time Workplace Experience Partner to help make it a place where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.\nAs a Workplace Experience Partner, you'll be the welcoming face of our Fort Collins office and an important part of the day-to-day employee experience. You'll help keep the office running smoothly, make sure employees have what they need, coordinate with vendors and building partners, and jump in to support events, onboarding, and other workplace initiatives.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people, problem-solving, and creating a great environment!\nThe opportunity\nApproximately 20-25 hours per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday, with flexibility based on business needs\n$25/hour\nOn-site in our Fort Collins office\nYou'll be part of our broader HR / People Experience team, with visibility into and partnership across the organization\nYou'll have the opportunity to help shape the experience and culture of a brand-new office from the ground up\nWhat you'll do\nBe a friendly, welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building partners\nKeep the office organized, stocked, welcoming, and ready for employees each day\nOwn day-to-day workplace logistics and help ensure things run smoothly\nCoordinate with vendors, property management, and internal partners to address workplace and facilities needs\nManage mail, shipping, office supplies, kitchen areas, meeting spaces, and other workplace logistics\nCoordinate routine vendor activities, purchase orders, invoices, and supply orders\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding logistics in partnership with HR\nHelp bring office events and employee experiences to life, including catering, room setup, vendors, and logistics\nRespond to employee questions and workplace requests, solving what you can and escalating issues when needed\nPartner with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to support a great employee experience\nLook for ways to make the office more welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable as our Fort Collins presence grows\nWho you are\nYou don't need to have done this exact job before.
