If you have a passion for real estate and a strong history of success in sales leadership, we wish to hear from you!\nMain tasks and responsibilities:\nResponsible for managing, developing, and sourcing client relationships and referrals while simultaneously expanding associates’ network.\nArrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.\nPerform competitive research and market analysis to identify trends and growth areas.\nMap potential clients and generate leads\nDevelop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face- to -face meetings and cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.\nMaximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.\nExplores all market channels to generate new business leads and inquiries. Use technical selling methods and product knowledge to promote the company’s projects and services.\nAdvise on forthcoming project development and discuss special promotions\nGenerate direct leads via social media and perform meetings and viewings with clients and associates.\nHandle the negotiations regarding the sale and purchase of real estate. \nKeep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.\nRepresent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, presentations, events and conferences in Cyprus and abroad.\nAssist in the implementation of marketing plans as needed.\nWork closely with other departments to guarantee the highest standard of customer service.\nProactively work to retain current business and re-establish connections with previous partners.\nCross selling to existing clients\nMaintain accurate records of all sales, prospective and follow-up activities in CRM and Outlook.\nReport directly to the Sales Director.\nRequirements\nBachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or any other related to Sales field from an accredited Collage/University.\nAt least 5 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development position or relevant role in Real Estate.\nExcellent knowledge and use of Greek and English language.
