gardens and outdoor areas across our developments.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintain gardens, landscaped areas and outdoor spaces across the company’s developments.\nCarry out pruning of trees, shrubs and plants, as well as lawn mowing and general lawn care.\nPlant and replace flowers, shrubs and other plants as required.\nWater plants and monitor their condition to ensure healthy and well-maintained green areas.\nInspect and carry out basic maintenance of irrigation systems.\nOperate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and correctly.\nEnsure that gardens and communal outdoor areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable.\nIdentify and report any issues relating to plants, irrigation systems or gardening equipment to the relevant supervisor.\nPerform any other related duties assigned by management.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in gardening or landscaping will be considered an advantage.\nBasic knowledge of plant care, pruning, watering and garden maintenance.\nAbility to operate gardening tools and equipment.\nReliable, responsible and professional attitude.\nGood physical condition and ability to perform outdoor manual work.\nStrong attention
