You will drive end-to-end delivery across engineering and skilling initiatives, with a strong alignment to the Microsoft ecosystem.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\n- Own end-to-end delivery of Azure / Microsoft technology-driven projects and training programs\n\n- Act as the primary interface for clients, partners and stakeholders, especially in Microsoft-centric engagements\n\n- Manage multiple concurrent programs across AI, cloud, and enterprise Microsoft solutions\n\n- Drive planning, execution, governance, and delivery timelines\n\n- Work closely with engineering teams delivering Azure, AI, and Microsoft stack solutions\n\n- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and trainers for program execution\n\n- Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations\n\n- Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve issues\n\n- Drive reporting, dashboards, and delivery metrics (MIS, KPIs)\n\n- Contribute to strengthening delivery frameworks aligned to Microsoft best practices\n\nCore Requirements:\n\n- Strong background in core IT / software engineering (hands-on experience preferred)\n\n- 3 -
