You will initially serve as a lead MA while helping build the clinic team, and over time will take on increasing responsibility for managing and developing MAs and other clinic staff.\nYou will report to the General Manager and serve as the primary on-site leader responsible for keeping the clinic organized, efficient, welcoming, and running smoothly every day.\nResponsibilities\nLead the day-to-day operations of the clinic\n\nServe as a hands-on Medical Assistant and support front- and back-office workflows as needed\n\nManage, coach, and support Medical Assistants and other clinic team members as the team grows\n\nEnsure strong patient scheduling, check-in, rooming, visit flow, and follow-up processes\n\nCoordinate closely with clinicians to keep clinic operations running smoothly\n\nMaintain office supplies, medical supplies, equipment, and inventory\n\nCoordinate with vendors and outside partners as needed\n\nEnsure the clinic is clean, organized, stocked, and ready for patients each day\n\nHelp establish and maintain efficient clinical and administrative workflows\n\nIdentify operational issues and take ownership of solving them\n\nSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and day-to-day accountability of clinic staff\n\nJump in wherever needed to support patients, clinicians, and the broader team\n\nQualifications\nPrior experience working as a Medical Assistant required\n\nExperience in both front-office and back-office medical practice operations required\n\nPrevious experience as a Lead MA, Office Manager, Practice Manager, or people manager strongly preferred\n\nExperience directly managing or supervising Medical Assistants\n\nStrong understanding of day-to-day outpatient clinic operations\n\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through\n\nComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment\n\nFlexible, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves\n\nExcited about working in an early-stage, growing healthcare organization\n\nStrong communicator who can build trust with patients, clinicians, and team members\n\nProven ability to take ownership and operate independently\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou are the person who makes sure the clinic works.
